Participants who successfully complete the course will be able to:

1. Understand mesenteric anatomy as it relates to this case,  
2. Understand the use and limitations of the mesenteric arterial exam,
3. Evaluate the recordings of the mesenteric artery exam and recognize the pertinent findings,
4. Know the recommendations for interpretation of mesenteric vascular exams and be able to apply that information, and
5. Be able to describe the symptoms and implications of mesenteric ischemia.

A 10 question exam and evaluation form completes the course. (Grade of 70% is required to receive CME credit)
